Dr. Musa M. Mhlanga about the usage of Big Data and AI – Digital-Gipfel 2018
Dr. Musa M. Mhlanga is honorary professor at the Institute for Infectious Disease & Molecular Medicine (IDM) in Cape Town. We ask him in this interview, how Big Data can be used to ease the implementation of the Sustainable Development Goals. After that he speaks about making the development of digital technologies (such as AI) inclusive. At the end, the impact of the digitisation of the Human genome, which is done by a combination of genome editing and genomics is discussed.
